Yes. The free plan includes up to 10 forms, 100 responses per month, auto-generated QR codes, and one team member. No credit card required. We're working on a Pro plan with advanced features for teams that need more.

When you create a feedback form, a QR code is automatically generated and linked to your form's public URL. Print it, display it at your business, or share it digitally. When someone scans it, they're taken directly to your feedback form — no app download required.

Your data is stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest. Each organization's data is completely isolated — you can only see your own forms and submissions. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Absolutely. GetFeedback supports multi-tenant organizations. You can invite team members to your organization, and everyone can create and manage forms together. All team members see the same forms and submissions.
